As our new Data Center Lease Portfolio Manager, you will sit at the crossroads of real estate, finance, and technical capacity planning. You get to oversee a massive, geographically diverse portfolio of agreements that keep our global operations humming. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide, giving you the freedom to make a massive impact from your own home office while collaborating with top tier teams across different continents.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage our global portfolio of data center leases by tracking critical milestones, financial obligations, and renewal options.
Develop robust portfolio level capacity models that match up leased inventory with long term infrastructure forecasts.
Lead complex negotiations for lease restructurings, renewals, and exits while protecting company interests.
Partner closely with legal, finance, and real estate groups to optimize contract structures and mitigate operational risks.
Align daily leasing operations with long range corporate growth goals to ensure seamless scalability.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience managing large scale commercial real estate or data center lease portfolios.
Strong background in contract negotiation, financial modeling, and strategic infrastructure planning.
