Key Responsibilities

Lead economic development projects for both new data center site selections and expansions of our existing facilities.
Conduct thorough diligence on economic development programs, along with state and local tax implications.
Collaborate closely with our site selection and legal teams to negotiate sophisticated economic development agreements with various state and local governments and specialized economic development agencies.
Serve as a key interface with diverse internal teams, including data center design, construction, legal, finance, accounting, and tax departments.
Work cross-functionally to deeply understand the project parameters and unique needs essential for successful data center economic development initiatives.

Demonstrated extensive experience successfully negotiating large, complex economic development deals.
