We are searching for a curious and driven Data Analyst to join our fully remote team anywhere in the world. You will sit right at the intersection of product, marketing, and finance, turning raw information into clear insights that shape our next big moves.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and interpret data sourced from our app, CRM, marketing campaigns, and financial systems.
Write and optimize complex MySQL and PostgreSQL queries to pull large datasets for daily operational use.
Leverage BigQuery for large-scale data analysis and advanced cloud-based data warehousing.
Build and maintain dynamic dashboards in Metabase so teams across the company can track core metrics in real time.
Run cohort analyses, user segmentation breakdowns, and retention studies to understand how people use Brighty.
Collaborate with cross-functional squads to support growth experiments and A/B testing initiatives.

Requirements

Proven professional experience working as a Data Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced fintech, crypto, or tech startup environment.
Advanced proficiency in SQL with hands-on experience querying relational databases like MySQL and PostgreSQL.
Familiarity with cloud data warehousing tools, specifically Google BigQuery.
Experience building intuitive data visualization dashboards using tools like Metabase, Tableau, or Looker.
Strong analytical mindset with a talent for translating complex datasets into plain business recommendations.
Fluent communication skills in English and the ability to thrive in a distributed remote team.
