Overview of the Role

As a D365 CRM Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of our Dynamics 365 CRM implementations. You will work closely with development teams, business analysts, and project managers to validate solutions, identify defects, and contribute to a seamless delivery process. Your expertise will directly influence the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients worldwide, ensuring our D365 solutions meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
Perform detailed manual and automated testing to identify defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective test strategies.
Utilize various test management tools, such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or ALM Octane, to track and report on testing progress and defect resolution.
Participate actively in all phases of the software development lifecycle within a SAFe framework.
Provide clear, concise, and constructive feedback to development teams, ensuring issues are accurately documented and prioritized.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
Ensure the overall quality and integrity of Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) functionalities.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in software testing, encompassing both manual and automated approaches.
A minimum of 3 years of experience working specifically with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Finance solutions.
Familiarity with AI-driven testing tools and innovative methodologies.
Proficiency with leading test management tools like Azure DevOps, Jira, or ALM Octane.
A strong, demonstrable understanding of Dynamics 365 Sales (CE) capabilities.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Prior experience operating within the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) framework.
Preferred Qualifications:

Possession of a SAFe certification, such as SAFe Tester.
Experience working in integrated environments that involve data exchange between CE (Customer Engagement) and F&O (Finance & Operations).
A robust understanding of various Dynamics 365 modules and complex Finance processes.
Background experience in project management, change management, or business analytics.
