Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust web and mobile applications from scratch through deployment.
- Drive performance optimization, security hardening, and rock solid system stability.
- Write clean, highly maintainable code backed by thorough testing standards.
- Lead thoughtful code reviews and champion best engineering practices across the team.
- Mentor junior developers and help them level up their technical skills.
- Conduct ongoing technology research to keep our stack modern and efficient.
- Continuously refactor and improve our existing architecture for long term scalability.
Requirements
- Extensive professional background in full stack software engineering building high scale applications.
- Strong backend expertise using modern web frameworks comparable to Ruby on Rails.
- Proficiency in modern frontend frameworks like Vue.js or Hotwire.
- Solid experience working with relational databases and search engines such as Elasticsearch.
- Familiarity with containerization tools including Docker for smooth deployments.
- A natural passion for clean code, technical mentorship, and continuous learning.
