As our CX AI and Automation Lead, you will operate as a core technical and programme driver within CX Operations. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional partners, your mission is to architect and deploy the intelligent systems that dictate how our support and success teams operate at massive scale. You will own the delivery lifecycle of our most innovative customer experience technologies.
