The Role

As a Customer Support Associate, you will be the face of LemFi for our users. You will be responsible for providing timely, accurate, and professional support while strictly adhering to our SOPs and SLAs. Your goal is to turn customer challenges into positive experiences through clear communication and proactive problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality support via email, ensuring every inquiry is met with empathy and precision.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to escalate insights, share feedback, and identify recurring trends.
  • Proactively recommend improvements to our processes, product features, and educational materials.
  • Participate in team meetings to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Navigate multiple CRM platforms and tools to maintain seamless service operations.

Who You Are

  • Qualified: You hold a degree in marketing, communications, business management, or a related field.
  • Experienced: You have 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry.
  • Multilingual: You possess professional fluency in French, Spanish, or German (both spoken and written).
  • Tech-Savvy: You are comfortable with Google Workspace and pick up new CRM tools quickly.
  • Driven: You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes full ownership of your tasks.
