Overview

At Sleek, we make back office operations feel effortless for founders worldwide. Launched in 2017, we now serve roughly 15,000 customers with a talented team of 500 people spanning Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and the UK. Following our recent Series B funding round, we are scaling fast. In this role, you will act as the primary trusted advisor for our Singapore client base, guiding them seamlessly through corporate secretarial matters, accounting services, and fintech payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Build strong, lasting relationships with entrepreneurs and business owners based in Singapore.
Guide clients through onboarding, company incorporation, and ongoing compliance requirements using our proprietary software.
Proactively identify client needs and partner with internal specialists to deliver timely accounting, tax, and bookkeeping solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention by offering expert advice and swift troubleshooting.
Gather valuable user feedback to help our product and engineering teams continuously improve our proprietary tools.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer success, account management, or client relations, preferably within fintech, SaaS, or corporate services.
Deep understanding of business operations, entrepreneurship, or Singapore corporate compliance is a major advantage.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a natural ability to connect with diverse founders.
Tech-savvy mindset and comfort navigating automated software, AI tools, and CRM platforms.
Self-motivated attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, globally distributed remote environment.
