Overview

As our new Customer Success Manager, you will report directly to the Lead CSM and play a vital role in onboarding, training, and enabling our global client base. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity that gives you the freedom to do your best work from anywhere. You will dive deep into analyzing what drives customer value, helping users get the absolute most out of our Cyber Risk Posture Management platform.

Key Responsibilities

Lead engaging customer onboarding sessions and drive long term product adoption.
Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify growth opportunities and mitigate churn risks.
Serve as the trusted advisor for clients, translating complex technical security concepts into clear, actionable advice.
Collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams by sharing valuable customer insights.
Manage the entire customer lifecycle from initial onboarding to regular business reviews and renewals.

Requirements

Demonstrated experience leading high stakes customer interactions in a SaaS or technology environment.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a naturally articulate and credible presence.
Highly detail oriented approach to problem solving and account management.
A strong ability to listen actively and tailor advice to diverse organizational needs.
Comfortable working autonomously within a fast paced, globally distributed remote team.
