Overview

DeleteMe is scaling fast, and our public sector clients need dedicated guidance to maximize the value of our proactive privacy solutions. In this role, you will own the end-to-end customer journey for government accounts. You will ensure smooth onboarding, drive high adoption rates, and act as a trusted advisor on cybersecurity and personal identifiable information privacy. Your ability to understand bureaucratic workflows and align them with our SaaS capabilities will be the key to your success.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a dedicated portfolio of public sector accounts, ensuring high retention and satisfaction rates.
Lead engaging onboarding sessions and regular business reviews with government stakeholders.
Identify expansion opportunities and collaborate closely with our sales team to grow our public sector footprint.
Serve as the primary advocate for your clients, relaying critical feedback to our product and engineering teams.
Educate clients on evolving privacy trends, human attack surfaces, and the importance of removing personal data from the web.

Requirements

Proven experience managing enterprise or public sector SaaS accounts in a customer success role.
Deep understanding of government procurement processes, compliance standards, and public sector operations.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
A proactive mindset and a genuine passion for digital privacy and cybersecurity.
The ability to thrive autonomously in a fast-paced, fully remote global work environment.
