At Partner One Capital, we are searching for a Customer Success Manager to join our Mortgage Cadence team. You will step in as the trusted advisor our clients rely on to grow, streamline, and truly maximize the Mortgage Cadence Platform. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity that lets you drive retention, expansion, and advocacy while working with some of the most dynamic banks, credit unions, and independent mortgage bankers in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

Manage a dedicated portfolio of clients across the entire post implementation lifecycle to ensure they achieve their business goals.
Drive full contract retention and proactively spot at risk accounts to build effective mitigation strategies early.
Identify high value upsell opportunities by showing clients how expanded platform capabilities and Agentic AI features solve their daily operational friction.
Act as the primary internal voice of the customer, sharing vital market feedback and client sentiment directly with our Product, Sales, and Leadership teams.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer success, account management, or relationship management within the mortgage or financial technology sector.
A deep understanding of the mortgage origination lifecycle and the unique challenges faced by banks, credit unions, and IMBs.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a natural ability to guide executive level stakeholders.
A proactive mindset focused on retention, identifying growth vectors, and advocating fiercely for the client experience.
