As our new Customer Success Manager, you will sit right at the heart of our operations and client relations. Your main mission is simple yet vital. You will keep our active clients happy, engaged, and confident in the work we deliver while spotting natural opportunities for growth and long term retention. You will act as the bridge between our talented designers and the wonderful companies relying on them.

Key Responsibilities

Stay in regular contact with active clients to guarantee smooth collaboration from day one.
Run quarterly Net Promoter Score calls to gather deep qualitative feedback that helps us improve.
Collect glowing testimonials and reviews on platforms like Clutch and LinkedIn.
Conduct thoughtful exit interviews when clients eventually move on so we can learn and adapt.
Keep an eye on the invoicing process to ensure smooth and timely payments.
Spot potential risks early and coordinate closely with our internal team to resolve them fast.
Maintain a friendly yet professional tone in every single interaction.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who brings a natural knack for communication and relationship building. You should feel comfortable managing client accounts, handling sensitive feedback with grace, and staying organized even when juggling multiple moving parts.
