Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with a portfolio of Tines customers in the West, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate.
- Drive product adoption and ensure customers are maximizing the value from their Tines investment, leading to high satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively engage with customers to understand their evolving needs, identify expansion opportunities, and guide them through their success journey.
- Collaborate closely with our sales, product, and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans that align Tines’ capabilities with customer business objectives.
- Conduct regular business reviews to showcase achieved value, address challenges, and plan for future success.
- Act as a subject matter expert on the Tines platform, providing guidance and best practices for intelligent workflow automation.
Requirements
- More than 3 years of proven experience in a Customer Success Manager role, preferably within a B2B SaaS environment.
- A deep understanding of the Western US business landscape and customer dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex accounts, build strong customer relationships, and drive customer retention and growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
- A solid grasp of technical concepts related to APIs, automation, and workflow platforms, or a quick learner with technical aptitude.
- Experience with security, IT, or engineering tools and workflows is a significant plus.
- Must be based in the Pacific Standard Time (PST) or Mountain Standard Time (MST) zones.
