Key Responsibilities

Manage a dedicated portfolio of high-potential customers with a strong focus on driving retention and maximizing revenue growth.
Build and nurture rock-solid relationships with key executives and decision-makers across your client base.
Design and execute comprehensive long-term account plans that align with client goals and Payoneer expansion objectives.
Spot new opportunities for account expansion and successfully guide clients through additional platform offerings.
Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to solve complex client challenges swiftly.

Requirements

Proven track record of success in a Customer Success or account management role within a fast-paced environment.
Strong commercial acumen with a natural talent for spotting revenue growth opportunities.
Exceptional communication skills, allowing you to build rapport with executive-level stakeholders effortlessly.
Ability to manage a diverse portfolio independently while working in a remote setup.
