Key Responsibilities

Drive rapid implementation and operationalization of SASE solutions so clients maximize their security return on investment
Serve as the day-to-day technical contact for enterprise clients to ensure seamless security integrations
Accelerate product adoption and provide real-time strategic support for cloud security rollouts
Act as the first line of defense in proactively addressing technical hurdles and optimizing customer workflows
Collaborate closely with internal Customer Success Managers and development teams to deliver best-in-class security strategies

Requirements

Strong technical background in SASE technologies and modern cloud ecosystems
Fluent communication skills in both English and Portuguese
Proven experience working directly with enterprise-level clients, CISOs, and security architects
Exceptional problem-solving abilities in high-pressure, challenging environments
Deep understanding of cloud security products and networking operations
