Key Responsibilities

As the primary technical owner for our clients, your days will be vibrant and varied. You will guide new users through smooth onboarding experiences, making sure they extract maximum value from the Veeam Data Platform. Beyond the initial setup, you will continuously drive adoption, help optimize workflows, and spot great opportunities for growth. You will also keep a close eye on potential roadblocks, proactively stepping in to mitigate churn risks and ensure every customer achieves their long term resilience goals.

Requirements

We want someone who brings a fantastic blend of technical know-how and interpersonal warmth. You should possess a solid understanding of Veeam products and a natural talent for communicating complex ideas clearly. Organization is second nature to you, and you take pride in managing multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.
