Overview

As our Customer Success Engineer for Germany, you sit at the heart of our daily business. You will guide clients through their journey with us, ensuring they get the absolute most out of our data models and services. Because this is a fully remote and worldwide opportunity, you get to work where you feel most inspired while driving our expansion in a key European market.

Key Responsibilities

Drive customer satisfaction by delivering top tier support before, during, and after deployment.
Manage crucial interactions with German stakeholders including meter operators and local grids.
Resolve client requests quickly and accurately while finding simple automated fixes for tricky problems.
Monitor overall data quality to spot bugs and nip issues in the bud.
Build lasting relationships with key stakeholders and introduce them to exciting new platform features.

Requirements

A strong background in customer success, technical support, or operations.
Native or near native German language skills paired with professional English proficiency.
A genuine passion for technology, data quality, and the energy sector.
The ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a simple and friendly way.
