We are currently seeking a highly motivated and personable individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Social Media Executive. If you have a genuine passion for engaging with people, a strong affinity for social media, and the ability to represent a brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service (50%)

  • Respond promptly and professionally to all WhatsApp enquiries, ensuring a positive client experience.
  • Manage and reply to messages across various platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and email.
  • Prepare and dispatch accurate quotations to prospective clients.
  • Proactively follow up on enquiries to facilitate client engagement and conversions.
  • Efficiently book venue inspections, coordinating schedules for clients and the team.
  • Maintain meticulous and organized client records.
  • Process deposit collections and confirm payments, ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Prepare comprehensive client files in advance of events, ensuring all details are in order.

Social Media (40%)

  • Develop and curate highly creative and intriguing content tailored to our events business, designed to captivate our audience.
  • Execute daily posting schedules across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to maintain a consistent online presence.
  • Utilize Meta Business Suite for effective content scheduling and management.
  • Actively engage with our audience by replying to comments and direct messages (DMs) promptly and professionally.
  • Upload event photos and videos, showcasing our successful events and services.
  • Provide creative assistance in the production of engaging Reels.
  • Actively seek and post client reviews, highlighting positive experiences and building brand credibility.
  • Monitor social media engagement metrics and provide weekly reports on performance.

Administration (10%)

  • Assist with the preparation and organization of invoices.
  • Maintain well-structured and organized digital folders for easy access and retrieval of information.
  • Keep event checklists diligently updated, ensuring all tasks are tracked.
  • Provide invaluable support to the team during busy weekends, ensuring smooth event operations.

What We're Looking For:

Must Have:

  • Excellent English: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Friendly Personality: A positive, approachable, and engaging demeanor.
  • Great Customer Service Skills: A proven ability to interact with clients professionally and empathetically.
  • Good Typing Skills: Efficient and accurate typing for quick responses.
  • Knowledge of Instagram & Facebook: Familiarity with platform features and best practices.
  • Basic Canva Skills: Ability to create visually appealing content.
  • Microsoft Word & Excel: Proficiency in basic office software.
  • Organised and Punctual: Strong organizational skills and a commitment to timeliness.

Preferred:

  • Experience working with an events company.
  • Residency around Ajah, Sangotedo, Lekki, or Abraham Adesanya for ease of movement and commute.
