We run a massive online marketplace for unique and special objects, connecting passionate collectors with the things they love. Right now, we need a talented Customer Service Representative who speaks both Romanian and English to join our team on an interim basis. This is a fully remote role you can do from anywhere in the world, starting in September 2026. You will handle a fixed-term seven-month contract with a real possibility of extension depending on how things go and what the business needs.

Requirements
- Fluent in both Romanian and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing support or service role.

- Reliable internet setup to work effectively in a fully remote setting.
