As our new Customer Project Manager, you will take complete ownership of the customer order lifecycle. From the exact moment an order comes in until it safely reaches its final international destination, you will be the driving force making sure everything happens on time, within budget, and according to exact client specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with sales and project teams on incoming opportunities, helping shape the fulfillment process to match customer needs.
Handle the validation and order booking workflow while setting up supplier pre-orders whenever necessary.
Track daily progress on all assigned orders, manage staging requests, follow up on shipments, and resolve any bottlenecks through proactive communication.
Partner with suppliers, order fulfillment specialists, and shipping departments to guarantee punctual delivery.
Coordinate seamlessly with export and import shipping teams to navigate international trade regulations and logistics.

Requirements

Strong background in project management, order management, supply chain, or global shipping operations.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge gaps between internal teams, external suppliers, and worldwide clients.
A proactive mindset capable of handling escalations quickly and keeping cool under pressure.
Comfort working in a fully remote environment with cross-functional teams spanning multiple time zones.
