This role comes with a salary range of 28,000 to 32,000 pounds depending on your experience and is classified internally as a Senior Associate position. You can work entirely remotely from anywhere in the world, or choose to base yourself out of one of our physical hubs in Shoreham, Birmingham, or Exeter if you prefer an office vibe.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep a close eye on customer backup environments to catch errors, failed jobs, and any strange anomalies early.
- Investigate system alerts and resolve them quickly before they ever impact client operations.
- Manage configuration drift, security protocols, and compliance standards to protect our users.
- Support the ongoing maintenance of key systems including Datto RMM, Acronis, Veeam, Inforcer, and SonicWall NSM.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless business continuity for every single client we serve.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on experience working with RMM, backup, and security platforms.
- A natural knack for troubleshooting complex technical issues with speed and accuracy.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, data protection, and network security principles.
- Great communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
