Key Responsibilities

Guide new clients through smooth onboarding and implementation processes as they transition to our AI native ERP.
Serve as the primary advocate for customers, ensuring they realize rapid value and adoption of our platform.
Partner closely with our product and engineering teams to relay user feedback and help shape our roadmap.
Troubleshoot technical inquiries and resolve client challenges with speed, empathy, and creative problem solving.
Build scalable customer success frameworks that can support everything from mid market companies to enterprise giants.

Requirements

Proven experience in customer success, implementations, or account management within high growth technology environments.
A deep understanding of finance, accounting workflows, or enterprise software systems is a huge plus.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
A scrappy, resourceful mindset and a fierce urgency to win while moving at lightning speed.
Comfort working in a fully remote environment across diverse time zones.
