Key Responsibilities

Provide world class support to finance leaders and business owners navigating complex platform features.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to bill payments, corporate cards, and accounting integrations.
Partner closely with product and engineering teams to surface customer pain points and drive improvements.
Proactively identify trends in customer inquiries to create scalable solutions and help documentation.
Own customer issues from initial report to complete resolution with empathy and speed.

Requirements

Proven experience in a customer facing support or success role within a fast paced tech environment.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills that make complex topics feel simple.
A natural curiosity for financial technology and software systems.
Strong problem solving abilities and a bias toward taking action when things get tricky.
Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote and global environment.
