Key Responsibilities

Provide empathetic, prompt, and world-class support to pet parents via email, chat, and phone.
Anticipate customer needs and resolve subscription or delivery inquiries with grace and genuine kindness.
Act as the ultimate brand ambassador for Ollie, championing our fresh food philosophy and wellness services.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to share customer feedback and help improve our products and services.
Guide new pet parents through onboarding, dietary transitions, and personalized meal plans for their dogs.

Requirements

A deep, undeniable love for dogs and a strong passion for animal health and wellness.
Proven experience in customer service, hospitality, or a related support role where empathy shined.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a warm, conversational tone.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, remote environment with a reliable internet connection.
