Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Engineer, you will be on the front lines, ensuring our customers' systems operate seamlessly. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Diagnosing technical issues with precision and efficiency on a diverse range of hardware.
Performing minor repairs and module replacements for Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) systems, Self-Checkouts, PCs, workstations, and various peripherals.
Executing second line maintenance on essential Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and interactive kiosks, ensuring their reliable operation.

Requirements
