We are looking for a Customer Engineer to join our APAC team and help scale our unified AI platform across the region. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity allowing you to make a massive impact from your home office while shaping the future of customer experience for industry giants like United Airlines and Marriott.

Key Responsibilities

Partner closely with enterprise contact centers to design and deploy Cresta conversational AI solutions.
Drive technical integrations and ensure seamless adoption of real-time agent augmentation tools.
Act as the primary technical advisor during customer onboarding and expansion phases.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate regional client needs into platform enhancements.
Demonstrate the value of conversation intelligence through compelling technical presentations and proof of concepts.

Requirements

Strong background in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions engineering or technical account management.
Deep understanding of enterprise software architectures, APIs, and cloud technologies.
Exceptional communication skills with fluency in English and an understanding of the APAC business landscape.
Passion for artificial intelligence and a desire to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Proven ability to manage complex technical deployments across multiple stakeholders.
