GE Vernova is looking for a Customer Contract Manager to focus on Offshore Wind warranty and commercial topics on a global scale. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide, giving you the flexibility to drive major renewable energy projects from your home office. You will take charge of the commercial and contractual management of warranty, claims, and related matters across our massive offshore wind supply and operations projects.
Key Responsibilities
In this position, you will protect our contractual entitlements and actively reduce commercial exposure across Service Warranty Agreements, Turbine Supply Agreements, and LongTerm Service Agreements development. You will lead the commercial management of warranty and claims activities while guiding customer expectations regarding warranty scope, entitlements, exclusions, remedies, and settlements. Working alongside our engineering, supply chain, and operations teams, you will develop sharp commercial strategies for claims mitigation, refutation, negotiation, and resolution to safeguard our project margins and strengthen client relationships.
Requirements
We are seeking someone with a solid background in commercial contract management, particularly within the renewable energy, offshore wind, or heavy industrial sectors. You should bring proven expertise in negotiating complex claims, handling warranty administration, and mitigating risk under tight deadlines. Strong communication skills are a must since you will routinely advise cross-functional teams and negotiate directly with major international clients. A degree in engineering, law, business administration, or a related field will set you up for success here.
