Key Responsibilities

Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and guide them smoothly through onboarding, implementation, and long-term adoption of Autodesk Tandem.
Dive deep into customer workflows to understand their unique challenges and help them adapt their processes for maximum efficiency.
Serve as a relentless advocate for user needs internally, sharing valuable feedback with the product and engineering teams.
Build lasting product and technology awareness among customers, industry partners, and key stakeholders.

Requirements

Extensive hands-on experience working directly with building automation systems and building management systems.
A deep passion for the architecture, engineering, construction, and operations space.
Excitement about the digital twin revolution and the massive impact it brings to the built environment.
