Overview

As our new Customer Acquisition Specialist at The Hive Careers, you will take the reins on finding, attracting, and welcoming new clients into our ecosystem. This is a full-time, fully remote role offered as a 2-year renewable contract. You will partner shoulder-to-shoulder with our marketing and sales squads to build bulletproof lead generation pipelines, refine the customer journey, and deliver an onboarding experience that leaves a lasting positive impression.

Key Responsibilities

Hunt down and engage fresh prospective clients through social platforms, email campaigns, networking spaces, and direct outreach.
Initiate warm, engaging conversations via phone and digital channels to introduce our offerings and guide leads toward conversion.
Analyze every single step of the marketing and sales funnel to spot bottlenecks, test new ideas, and boost overall conversion rates.
