Overview

Insight Therapy Solutions provides top-tier behavioral healthcare, including therapy, psychiatric services, and TMS treatments across multiple states. As our network of providers expands, keeping everyone properly credentialed and contracted is vital. You will take charge of the entire credentialing lifecycle, protecting our revenue cycle and ensuring zero gaps in patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Manage initial credentialing and re-credentialing applications for our growing roster of behavioral health providers across various insurance networks.
Maintain and update provider profiles in CAQH, NPPES, PECOS, and relevant payer portals with extreme accuracy.
Coordinate seamlessly with clinical operations, billing, and onboarding teams to resolve credentialing bottlenecks quickly.
Track expiration dates for medical licenses, malpractice insurance, DEA certificates, and other vital credentials.
Communicate proactively with insurance companies to check status updates and resolve delayed applications.

Requirements

Proven experience working in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or a closely related administrative role.
Deep familiarity with commercial insurance payers, Medicare, Medicaid, and provider databases like CAQH.
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and a talent for following complex processes through to completion.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities for interacting with payers and internal team members.
Reliable high speed internet access and a quiet home office setup to handle sensitive data securely.
