You will report directly to the Director of Creative Operations, acting as the bridge between creative vision and flawless execution while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders who move at a lightning-fast pace.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations of the creative pipeline making sure every project stays tightly aligned with the creative brief.
Partner closely with creative leads to define project scopes set realistic timelines and handle shifting priorities with confidence.
Bring much needed structure to complex situations by anticipating potential roadblocks before they slow the team down.
Facilitate crystal clear communication across multiple departments to guarantee on time delivery for every initiative.

Requirements

Proven experience managing creative workflows or operations within a fast-paced agency or in-house team setting.
Exceptional organizational skills with a natural ability to adapt quickly when business needs pivot.
Strong interpersonal capabilities enabling you to collaborate smoothly with diverse global stakeholders.
