Key Responsibilities
- Creative Leadership: Define the overarching creative vision, raise creative standards, review and approve client deliverables, and lead high-energy brainstorming sessions to ensure premium brand positioning.
- Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing and communication strategies, build campaign concepts rooted in core business objectives, and confidently present strategic ideas to key stakeholders and clients.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and inspire multidisciplinary teams—including designers, videographers, social media managers, copywriters, and strategists—fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Business Development & Revenue Growth: Lead proposal development, actively contribute to client acquisition, build lasting relationships, upsell strategic services, and create innovative offerings that drive profitability and client retention.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Creative Direction, Brand Strategy, Advertising, Marketing, Media, or Agency Leadership.
- Proven track record in a leadership capacity; previous agency experience is highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
