Overview

ManTech International Corporation is on the lookout for a motivated, customer oriented individual to fill this crucial fully remote position. You will be instrumental in supporting our company's significant financial transformation and a major Costpoint migration. This involves designing custom reports, analyzing complex financial data, and ensuring our General Ledger operations are precise and efficient. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain advanced financial reports using Cognos and Costpoint.
Conduct in-depth analysis of General Ledger data, identifying trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
Support the full lifecycle of financial transformation projects, from requirements gathering to implementation.
Collaborate closely with finance, accounting, and IT teams to ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity.
Develop and maintain documentation for reporting processes and system configurations.
Provide expert guidance and training to end users on Costpoint and Cognos reporting functionalities.
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to financial data and reporting.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Costpoint Cognos Report Writer and General Ledger Business Analyst.
Strong technical proficiency in Deltek Costpoint and IBM Cognos Analytics.
Deep understanding of General Ledger accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, fully remote environment.
Experience with financial system migrations and transformations is highly desirable.
