Overview

As our new Conversational Designer, you will sit at the intersection of psychology, technology, and user experience. You will collaborate closely with machine learning experts and product teams to design natural, effective conversational flows for our enterprise clients. Your work will directly impact how millions of people interact with AI systems every single day.

Key Responsibilities

Design intuitive and engaging conversational flows for voice and text platforms.
Collaborate with AI and ML engineers to understand technical limitations and push creative boundaries.
Analyze user interactions and conversation logs to continuously refine and improve dialogue strategies.
Create clear wireframes, dialogue trees, and documentation for implementation.
Work alongside go-to-market teams to ensure the brand voice shines through every interaction.

Requirements

Proven experience designing conversational experiences for chatbots, voice assistants, or customer support automation.
A deep understanding of human-computer interaction principles and natural language processing concepts.
Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp focus on tone, clarity, and empathy.
