Key Responsibilities

As a Contracts Specialist, you will manage a wide array of legal agreements, playing a central role in our operational success. Your daily efforts will involve:

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), Statements of Work (SOWs), vendor agreements, consulting agreements, and confidentiality agreements.
Ensuring all contractual documents comply with company policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable laws globally.
Managing the entire contract lifecycle, from initiation to execution and renewal, maintaining meticulous records within our systems.
Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders across legal, finance, and business development to understand their needs and provide expert contractual guidance.
Identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential contractual risks, offering pragmatic solutions to protect the company's interests.
Providing clear and concise interpretation of contract terms and conditions to internal teams, supporting informed decision-making.

Requirements
