As we continue to scale, we need a sharp Contracts Specialist to join our global network. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity that lets you bring your legal and administrative expertise from anywhere on the map. You will keep our agreements reviewed, signed on solid terms, easy to find, and easy to understand so that Finance, Sales, consultants, and leadership can operate with absolute confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first-line reviewer for incoming contracts, amendments, and RFPs from Sales and internal teams, covering client, partner, vendor, and IT agreements.
Identify terms that carry real risk, evaluate potential costs, and recommend actionable responses including strategic redlines aligned with our standard positions.
Coordinate redlines and approvals seamlessly between Sales and leadership.
Elevate terms outside our standard positions to ensure every contract maintains a clear status and a definitive next step.
Support internal teams by answering daily risk questions and providing guidance on contractual obligations.

Requirements

Proven experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot hidden risks and translate complex legal jargon into plain language.
Exceptional communication skills for collaborating across Sales, Finance, and executive leadership.
Self-motivated mindset and the organizational discipline to manage high volumes of agreements efficiently in a remote setting.
Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where technology, data, and construction intersect.
