Key Responsibilities

Architect and implement foundational web systems that support large-scale, dynamic digital experiences.
Serve as the technical authority, defining the architectural direction and backend structure for complex projects.
Utilize deep expertise in WordPress, modern PHP, and sophisticated Gutenberg architecture to build resilient and high-performance solutions.
Translate critical business requirements into elegant and scalable technical executions.
Ensure all platforms are highly performant, easily maintainable, and designed to evolve seamlessly with our clients' future ambitions.
Uphold and elevate a high standard for backend craftsmanship, producing clean, efficient, and well-documented code.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Senior Web Engineer, specifically in architecting and delivering complex web solutions.
Extensive, demonstrable expertise with WordPress development, including advanced theme and plugin development.
Strong command of modern PHP principles and best practices.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Gutenberg block development and its architectural patterns.
A solid understanding of database design, optimization, and API integration.
Ability to design and implement highly scalable, performant, and maintainable backend systems.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing technical challenges.
