Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic technical leadership and guidance to multiple early stage and growth stage startups.
Oversee end to end product development roadmaps, covering web, mobile, cloud, hardware, and firmware.
Advise on critical areas such as digital transformation, cybersecurity, and technological innovation.
Help clients build high performing engineering teams, assisting with hiring and talent development.
Guide startups through MVP development, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.
Evaluate and implement appropriate technologies, architectures, and development methodologies.
Manage technical risks and provide solutions to complex engineering challenges.
Serve as a trusted advisor, helping founders maximize their technological value proposition.
Contribute to NuBinary's internal knowledge base and best practices.

Requirements

Extensive experience in senior technical leadership roles, such as CTO, VP of Engineering, or Head of Technology.
Deep expertise across various technology stacks and product development lifecycle stages.
A strong background in guiding startups or early stage companies through their technological journey.
Proficiency in areas like IoT, AI, Machine Learning, MedTech, or Smart Manufacturing is highly desirable.
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.
The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently while delivering high quality results.
Experience in building, mentoring, and scaling engineering teams.
A passion for innovation and a genuine desire to support startup growth.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
