Overview

As our new Content and Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital supporting role across multiple channels. You will work alongside our marketing specialists, blog editors, and social media managers to execute day to day campaigns, update our website, and ensure our content reaches audiences across the US, Australia, and the Philippines. If you thrive in a collaborative remote environment and have a keen eye for formatting and design details, you will fit right in.

Key Responsibilities

Upload and format engaging blog articles for US and Australian audiences, ensuring proper structure with headings, images, and links.
Assist with website content updates, page edits, announcements, press releases, and visual banner refreshes.
Format and prepare email newsletters, uploading campaigns into our email marketing platform and updating email signatures.
Support campaign preparations and launches by coordinating necessary assets and tracking basic performance metrics.
Collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager and broader marketing team to align daily digital outputs.

Requirements

Proven experience in content management, digital marketing support, or a similar administrative role.
Familiarity with content management systems, email marketing platforms, and basic web formatting.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple small tasks efficiently.
Reliable high speed internet connection and a comfortable home office setup for remote work.
Great communication skills and a proactive attitude towards teamwork.
