Your responsibilities will span the full spectrum of content creation and management, ensuring Crea8torium's brand resonates powerfully across all platforms:
- Creative Direction: Collaborate with your team to establish and maintain a distinctive look, tone, and execution style for all creative assets, ensuring consistency and brand integrity.
- Content Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive digital content strategy that aligns with Crea8torium's overarching goals, driving engagement and brand growth.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire the content team, ensuring all projects meet stringent quality standards and are delivered within established timelines.
- Platform Growth: Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, adapting strategies proactively to ensure consistent and genuine platform growth and audience engagement.
- Copy Direction: Guide and shape the narrative voice across all content, providing clear direction to team members on compelling copywriting.

- Currently based in Lagos.
