Overview

Joining the Learner Experience Center of Excellence means you will be at the heart of our curriculum evolution. Reporting directly to the Director of Curriculum Development, you will serve as an individual contributor dedicated to designing top-tier online learning experiences. You will breathe new life into existing courses while pioneering exciting new content from scratch.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop engaging, highly effective, and compliant online courses that meet modern industry standards.
Collaborate closely with Curriculum Managers and Subject Matter Experts to gather accurate content and translate it into dynamic learning paths.
Partner with Course Production Specialists and Visual Information Specialists to ensure multimedia and layout elements elevate the student experience.
Conduct ongoing reviews of existing curriculum to enhance, update, and evolve courses based on regulatory requirements and learner feedback.

Requirements

Hold a four-year degree in a related field, though a master's degree is strongly preferred.
Bring three to five years of recent, hands-on experience working as an instructional designer or in a closely related role.
Demonstrate a strong portfolio showing your ability to build interactive and compliant digital learning content.
Excel at cross-functional teamwork, communication, and managing multiple content development projects simultaneously.
