Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute high-quality photo and video content shoots.
• Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, product content, and lifestyle visuals.
• Capture pristine photos, videos, and B-roll at client locations.
• Edit photos and videos tailored for social media and digital marketing campaigns.
• Design clean, simple social media graphics when required.
• Prepare, format, and publish content seamlessly across multiple social media platforms.
• Interpret creative briefs, scripts, and campaign concepts effectively.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team on comprehensive campaigns and client projects.

What We Are Looking For

• Strong photography and videography proficiency.
• Demonstrated video editing expertise, especially for short-form social media content (TikTok, Instagram Reels).
• Basic graphic design capabilities using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
• A refined eye for lighting, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Deep understanding of major social media platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
• The ability to translate creative briefs into captivating visual assets.
• Access to a good-quality smartphone and/or camera suitable for professional-grade content creation.
• A creative, organized, and reliable mindset with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be based in Ibadan and available for on-site client shoots up to 3–4 days per week when required.

Experience & Qualifications

• Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in content creation, photography, videography, social media, or a related creative field.
• Demonstrable portfolio of creating content for brands, businesses, or digital platforms.
• A robust portfolio showcasing previous photography, videography, Reels, or commercial creative work.
