About the Role

As our Content and Communication Associate, you will own and execute a comprehensive content strategy that reflects our firm’s brand, values, and unmatched expertise. Working closely with and reporting directly to our partners, you will deliver high-impact communications across multiple channels. While a background in law is considered a wonderful bonus, proven experience in crafting robust content strategies and multi-channel communications is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Own the firm's campaigns from inception to completion—handling everything from initial research and strategic proposals to final delivery and stakeholder coordination.
• Content Strategy & Execution: Drive a unified content plan aligned with our core business goals while remaining agile to shifting market dynamics.
• Communications & Presentations: Oversee digital and traditional communications and design professional presentations to support our overarching business development objectives.
• Collaboration & Simplification: Partner with internal legal experts and external agencies to distill complex legal principles into engaging, accessible content.
• Content Creation: Lead the production of insightful articles, blog posts, case studies, and more, maintaining an active editorial calendar for timely publishing.
• Digital Marketing & SEO: Collaborate with our digital team to optimize content visibility across our website and social channels, leveraging analytics to drive strategy.
• Industry Insights: Stay ahead of legal and market trends to deliver strategic insights that fuel innovative content and bolster brand authority.
• Internal Communications: Curate and disseminate essential industry intelligence to foster internal knowledge sharing.

What We Are Looking For

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for diverse platforms.

• A proven track record of managing end-to-end multi-channel campaigns.

• Desirable: Legal acumen or previous experience within professional services, alongside the ability to localize content while preserving a global brand voice.
