Overview

As our new Junior Accountant / Accounting Analyst, you will be crucial to managing, coordinating, and optimizing our administrative, accounting, and fiscal compliance processes. Your dedication will ensure the utmost accuracy of our financial information. Key Responsibilities

Your daily activities will span several crucial areas, ensuring the financial health and compliance of Cobalto Talent:

Fiscal Management: You will handle the calculation, preparation, and timely submission of various taxes, including ISR, IVA, retentions, and electronic accounting filings.
Administration and Accounting: This involves meticulously recording all accounting operations, performing regular bank reconciliations, and diligently controlling both income and expenditures.
Invoicing and Collections: You will be responsible for issuing and managing electronic invoices (CFDI), alongside proactively tracking and managing accounts receivable and payable.
Administrative Support: Provide general day to day administrative assistance, support virtual or in person procedures with government agencies like SAT and IMSS, and contribute to internal reporting.
