As a Consumer Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide high-speed internet, telephony, and IP-VPN services to our diverse residential and enterprise client base. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our customer pipeline, managing sales inquiries, and converting leads into long-term subscribers.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute aggressive cold-calling strategies to meet and exceed daily sales targets.
Manage outbound sales inquiries and live online chat support to assist prospective customers.
Process online orders, manage lead follow-ups, and maintain detailed customer records in our CRM.
Foster strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high retention rates and manage churned accounts to win them back.
Maintain expert-level knowledge of Swift Networks’ product suite to provide informed consultations to clients.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree (Second Class Upper) or HND (Upper Credit) in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of relevant work experience for HND holders, or at least 1 year for Bachelor’s degree holders.
Skills: Exceptional telephone etiquette, strong negotiation abilities, and proven persuasive communication skills.
Technical Proficiency: Competence in basic computer navigation, web browsing, email management, and CRM software.
Soft Skills: A proactive mindset, the ability to work under pressure, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
