Overview

As our Consumer Engagement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our consumer facing initiatives and operational enhancements are launched flawlessly and embraced wholeheartedly. This involves steering the entire implementation journey, from the initial planning stages right through to successful adoption and continuous improvement. You'll be the central coordinator, connecting diverse internal teams and external partners to guarantee alignment on all fronts. This is a fully remote, worldwide opportunity, offering you the flexibility to contribute from wherever you do your best work.

Key Responsibilities

Lead comprehensive implementation strategies: Guide end-to-end planning activities, starting from operational intake and continuing through launch, stabilization, and scaling.
Orchestrate cross-functional alignment: Drive cohesion across various departments, managing potential risks and dependencies to keep projects on track.
Ensure partner readiness: Coordinate diligently with all internal and external partners, making sure everyone is prepared for successful execution.
Monitor and refine outcomes: Continuously track implementation results, ensuring operational success, widespread adoption, and a path for ongoing improvement.
Collaborate strategically: Work closely with teams in Operations, Workforce Management, Training, Quality, Marketing, Analytics, and Technology to achieve shared goals.
Centralize coordination efforts: Act as the primary point person for RxE Operations implementation planning and execution, streamlining communication and efforts.
Optimize operational performance: Align all essential components, including people, processes, timelines, resources, and dependencies, to support smooth launches and sustained performance.

Requirements
