Key Responsibilities

Lead in depth discovery sessions with client stakeholders to uncover core business goals, workflows, and success metrics.
Translate complex client requirements into actionable project plans featuring clear scopes, milestones, timelines, and budgets.
Drive implementation and integrated solution delivery from kickoff through adoption while actively managing risks and dependencies.
Monitor professional services outcomes such as time to value, customer satisfaction, and budgeted hours, taking corrective action whenever necessary.
Align internal specialists including data migration and integration teams to keep every project moving smoothly forward.

Requirements

Proven experience leading CRM implementations and managing client relationships within professional services.
