BCD Travel, a global leader in business travel management, is looking for an experienced Consultant to join Advito, our award winning consulting firm. This is a full time, fully remote position, open to candidates worldwide, with a focus on talent from Poland, Netherlands, France, United Kingdom, and Spain. You will be instrumental in overseeing, delivering, and ensuring the success of client projects focused on corporate airline programs. Our consultants guide clients towards a modern approach to travel spend management, leveraging powerful analytics, cutting edge sourcing strategies, and Advito's continuous performance management to elevate airline programs far beyond conventional sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex client engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.
Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies that elevate corporate airline programs beyond traditional methods.
Conduct in depth analysis using proprietary and third party tools, transforming data into powerful insights and actionable recommendations.
Stay consistently informed about the latest industry developments, trends, and technological advancements in air travel.
Skillfully negotiate with airline suppliers to secure optimal terms and value for our clients.
Mentor and oversee project teams, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring high quality deliverables.
Drive the overall success and continued growth of both new and existing client airline projects.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Consultant in corporate air sourcing or a closely related field.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements concurrently, adhering to strict timelines and budgetary constraints.
Strong analytical acumen with expertise in data interpretation and leveraging various proprietary and third party tools.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
A deep understanding of the global air travel industry, current market dynamics, and emerging trends.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a fully remote, distributed team environment across different time zones.
Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
