Key Responsibilities

Provide expert technical support and guidance for Topcon and Autodesk construction software solutions to a diverse client base.
Conduct virtual training sessions and workshops for clients, ensuring they maximize the utility and efficiency of our software.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues, diagnose problems, and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
Collaborate with sales and engineering teams to present technical demonstrations, gather client feedback, and contribute to product development insights.
Develop and document best practices, workflows, and technical guides to enhance customer experience and internal knowledge.
Assist customers with software implementation, configuration, and integration into their existing operational environments.
Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and competitive offerings to maintain a high level of expertise.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience working with construction software, including BIM, CAD, project management, or surveying applications.
Strong technical aptitude and a proven ability to learn new software and technologies quickly.
