The Role

As the Construction Project Manager, you will serve as the heartbeat of our operations, guiding projects from initial blueprints to successful completion. We are looking for a results-driven professional who can manage large-scale developments while ensuring strict adherence to budgets, timelines, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Direct and coordinate all project phases, ensuring seamless execution from inception to handover.
Provide expert leadership to multidisciplinary teams, including Architects, Engineers, Quantity Surveyors, and contractors.
Implement rigorous budget controls, procurement strategies, and material management to minimize wastage and maximize value.
Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to ensure operational continuity.
Maintain 100% compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols and statutory regulations.
Deliver comprehensive performance reports to Executive Management to drive continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications & Expertise

A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, or a related field (a Master’s degree is a significant advantage).
A minimum of 10 years of extensive experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
Mandatory: Active professional registration with COREN and membership with the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE).
Proven proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
Strong capabilities in contract administration, stakeholder management, and strategic planning.
